I order one of these shirts but found out a 3xl is actually a 5xl. I almost drowned in it when i first tried it on.
Although your website states you are open for discussion, my issue about the size was discarded instantly when i contacted customer service.

The t shirt quality and the colur wasn’t the same what was on the pic, almost grey. Looks like that was in the storage like for a very long long time

Don't use FedEx as a courier ( very bad courier), the item comes after one month
The fabric quality is moderate and looks a bit cheap. I would prefer it to be better. The overall idea is very good, though. I suggest giving customers the option to choose the fabric quality, with the price adjusted accordingly.
