would like to share my experience with the delivery service.
The website states an estimated delivery time of 10 days within Europe, but my order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Customers should keep this in mind when placing an order. For comparison, shipping from China to Europe, including customs clearance, often takes only 2–3 weeks, so I certainly did not expect a delivery within Europe to take that long.
Another disappointment was that the package was not delivered to my address as expected. Instead, I had to spend my own time locating the parcel and collecting it myself.
I would also recommend that the store avoid using the cheapest shipping companies, or at least give customers the option to choose the carrier. At the moment, the store selects the shipping company, but when problems occur, the customer is left to deal with the consequences while the store accepts no responsibility.
The product itself is fine, but the delivery experience was far below expectations.
The quality doesn't match the price.
Very poor quality
Very big sizes could be mentioned. I use XL but your XL was like XXL. Changing is made difficult. You need to send it with your own money and rule that is to be sent within 14 days is short when others have 30 days.
