Production before delivery
Your garments are embroidered or printed to order. Allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Timing varies by item, order size and production capacity.
Estimated delivery after production
The estimates below are transit times, in addition to production. They are not guaranteed arrival dates.
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 6–15 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days
- Other destinations: 10–20 business days
Customs, holidays, remote destinations and carrier delays can extend delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a uniform for a specific date.
Where your order is fulfilled
Orders may be fulfilled at our facilities in Europe or the USA, depending on the garment, colour, size and availability. Check the notice shown for your selected size in the builder. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping charges and any available free-shipping offer are shown at checkout for your destination. We send tracking details once your order ships.
