Who we share data with

We only share what each partner needs:

  • Payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal) – process your payment.
  • Shipping carriers – deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) – measures and shows our ads, only if you accept marketing cookies.
  • Google – Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Authorities – when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some partners, such as Shopify, Meta and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA and Canada. These transfers are protected by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@iamseawolf.eu and we will reply within one month. Some data, such as invoices, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete it.

You also have the right to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
