Custom Merchant Navy Zip Hoodie · Gildan 18600

50% cotton, 50% polyester; 271 g/m² fleece. Regular unisex fit, metal zip and front pouch pockets. Unlined hood with matching drawcord; air-jet yarn.

Sizes Black/Navy S–5XL; White S–3XL. Add left chest text and insignias to one or both sleeves. Check the size chart and fulfilment notice in the builder.

2. Embroidery

Latin letters and accents welcome: Ā, Š, Ž, É, Ü. Numbers and common special characters are also accepted.

Each text field can have two rows, up to 22 characters per row. Bold gold text starts larger and automatically shrinks to fit with your insignia. One chest embroidery charge.

Adjust chest layout

Click an insignia or text line to drag it, or choose an element below and use the arrows. Embroidery-area limits are applied automatically.

Centres the selected element or entire design on one axis, keeping the other position unchanged.

Centres the insignia and both text lines together within the left-chest embroidery area. Keeps your text sizes, curves and spacing.

Minimum letter height: 6.4 mm. All rows and the insignia share the 10.16 × 10.16 cm area. Text grows back when shortened. Shorten the text if it cannot fit at the minimum size.

0° is straight. Positive values arch upward; negative values curve downward. Maximum total arc: 25° in either direction.

Apply the same insignia above both cuffs. Switch off to choose different designs.

Embroidery areas

Left chest: 10.16 × 10.16 cm including text. Each wrist: 5.08 × 7.62 cm maximum, above the ribbed cuff. Final stitching can vary from the preview.
