Should you need to return or exchange an item, please make your request within 14 days of receiving your order.
All return requests need to be approved by our Customer Support team before being shipped. You can submit your return request for review through the following link: Return/Exchange
Before submitting your request, kindly review the instructions below regarding the reasons for returns and exchanges:
Reasons for Returns & Exchanges

Size Adjustments:
- Chose the wrong size? No problem. Please include a note specifying the correct size you desire, and we'll take care of the rest. While we are pleased to facilitate size exchanges, we cannot provide refunds for incorrect size selections.

Incorrect Item Received:
- Although we diligently check all orders, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, attach a photo of the item received while submitting your request.

Package Lost in Transit:
- Provided your address was accurate and the package hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time plus 15 business days, or if the tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, contact us. If we're unable to locate the package, we'll send a replacement at no extra charge. Contact us within 10 business days from the last estimated delivery date, as post-shipment, it's crucial to monitor the tracking updates which often contain vital information from the carrier.

Damaged/Faulty Item Received:
- We pride ourselves on premium quality and conduct a 3-step quality check before shipping. If a damaged item slips through or gets damaged during transit, we'll send a free replacement. You need not return the damaged item. Submit a return request with a photo of the damaged item, and upon verification, we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Please note, IamSEAWOLF Shop currently does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and the shipping cost for exchanges is borne by the customer. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges are NOT Accepted if:
- The return request is made after 14 days of order receipt.
- The exchange item differs in print/embroidery or style from the original.
- The items have been worn, washed, altered, or are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless due to our error.
- The items lack the original tags.
- Refunds are not offered, only exchanges, as each item is made to order.
🚫 Exclusions

Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses as IamSEAWOLF does not provide this coverage.

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse, given the custom nature of our products.

Custom & Personalized Items: In alignment with Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Thus, IamSEAWOLF shop reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
