Build a personalised merchant navy zip hoodie that is easy to layer and easy to remove. Add your selected maritime insignias to a practical full-zip uniform layer.
A flexible layer for travel, cooler days and off-duty crew wear. White gives your chosen insignias a crisp, light background.
Fabric and fit
Gildan 18600
- 50% cotton, 50% polyester; 271 g/m² fleece
- Regular unisex fit, metal zip and front pouch pockets
- Unlined hood with matching drawcord; air-jet yarn
- Blank garment sourced from Honduras and El Salvador
White can have a soft off-white appearance.
Personalise your uniform
Choose your size, select a left chest design and add insignias to one or both sleeves. Use the chest editor for your rank, name or vessel name. Captains, deck officers and marine engineers can choose from the available maritime designs and see their layout in the live preview.
Embroidery is optional at each position and charged according to your selection. The photographs show the blank garment; your chosen embroidery appears in the builder. Preview placement is approximate.
Create a matching set
Use the builder’s option to apply the same design to a polo, sweatshirt, zip hoodie, pullover hoodie or T-shirt. Review the size and embroidery placement on each garment before adding it to your order.

A Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.
B Width
Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.
C Sleeve length
Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
