All orders are dispatched using the Standard shipping method via the reliable Latvian Postal Service, ensuring your purchases reach you in perfect condition.
3. Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order using this information. 5. Multiple Warehouses for Faster Fulfillment
We have storage facilities in various EU countries to expedite the fulfillment process. Consequently, your order might be split into multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges, and you will be provided with tracking information for all shipments.
Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or lost packages.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
