Request Window: Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure to submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prior Approval Required: Before initiating any return, it's essential to obtain approval from our Customer Service Team. You can submit your request for review using the link below: Submit Return Request
Considerations for Returns & Exchanges:
Size Issues: Misjudged your size? No problem. When returning, include a note specifying your desired size, and we'll exchange it for you. Note that while exchanges for size are welcome, refunds for wrong size choices are not offered.
Received the Wrong Item: Mistakes happen. If you get an item you didn't order, attach a photo of the incorrect product when submitting your request.
Lost Package: If the package doesn't arrive within our estimated shipping time plus an additional 15 business days or if the tracking hasn't been updated for over 10 days, reach out to us. If we can't trace the package, we'll resend it at no extra cost. It's essential to track your package as carriers often provide crucial information.
Damaged/Faulty Item: Quality is our pride. Yet, if a damaged item slips through, we'll replace it for free. In such cases, there's no need to send the product back. Just submit a return request with a photo of the damage, and upon verification, we'll dispatch a fresh piece.

Note: Currently, IamSEAWOLF does not offer prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping for exchanges falls on the customer. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
